1. EULA AND PRIVACY POLICY
These Terms apply to our digital products available at d-night-audio.com. By purchasing our digital products you have accepted these Terms, together with the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) for our product.
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy shall be regarded as a binding contract between you and us.
2. PURCHASE
You do not need to register at d-night-audio.com to order, purchase or download our products except it is clearly described within certain products. In this case we give detailed information on the product page. If you place an order, we will notify and confirm your order which then is a binding contract between you and us.
3. PAYMENT
The prices of our products are shown at the product pages on our website. Payment can be made in Euros or US Dollars. All prices excluding tax according to small businessmen to Section 19 UStG.
The purchase price of a product is payable in advance. We require pre-payment via PayPal, Inc. or credit card.
4. Warranty and Refund Policy
Every product comes “as is” without any warranty or condition of any kind. Because of the nature of our digital products we do not offer any refunds or exchanges after the purchase. All sales are final.
